What do you offer that other firms don't?

We differentiate ourselves in this market by employing staff who have strong accounting backgrounds.  Once someone is fully trained in the use of their system we find 90% of the questions people ask are accounting related. 


Shouldn't I use someone local?

We have clients as far south as Christchurch.  With today's technology we don't see distance as a barrier.  We have provided on-site training to out of town clients, and also have a competitive phone support package available.


I already have an existing system - why should I come to you?

We find most people who already have an accounting system are not utilising it fully.  There are many features such as Sales Analysis, Profit and Loss reports, Job Costing reports and so forth which people do not utilise.  We aim to train people how to use ALL the features of their system so they can manage their business more effectively.


I don't understand Profit and Loss reports anyway - why should I use the General Ledger?

Profit and Loss reports are one of the most powerful management tools you can have.  By having an accounting system in place you are getting monthly financial statements so you can identify any trends or weaknesses as they are happening, rather than waiting until year end to get your financial results.  We train you how to read your Profit and Loss and Balance Sheet so you understand them. 


What if I don't want people accessing my business information?

Most software systems can be passworded so only those you want accessing the information can.  We also realise your information can be commercially sensitive and we assure all clients the highest level of confidentiality and security.

What happens after training?

Once we have trained you in how to use your system, we keep in contact with you monthly via our newsletter.  We also offer a competitive phone support package so we are always only a phone call away with any support you may need.

How do I know my software is the latest version?

We keep you informed monthly of any new releases or updates of your software.
